oh, the 'coastal comfort' was more like coastal discomfort. paper thin walls allowed me to enjoy my neighbors' conversations all night. i was also shocked to find out that there was no front desk service, making it impossible to raise my many concerns! i almost left a good review, but then recalled the utter chaos.

I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with a great view, and the motel is centrally located within walking distance to Narooma Beach, which made my strolls easy and enjoyable.

A solid selection for a brief retreat in Narooma with a good price-quality ratio. The room had clean, crisp linens and a really comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Request a downstairs room if you don't want to carry bags upstairs.

The contactless check-in system was a hassle. it felt impersonal and I had to send an email just to get my room key. Maintenance deserves a solid look—my towel hook fell off when I used it, and there were signs of neglect like dust on surfaces. the noise from other guests could be a real nuisance, especially when they were banging car doors or chatting late into the night.

Location is unbeatable, just steps from everything in Narooma. The room was comfortable, clean, and came with a gorgeous view from the balcony. the decor is quite dated, and the TV lacked channels. A pleasant stay overall, but improvements could be made.

Good location on the main road makes it easy to explore local shops and eateries. The view from the top level was excellent (perfect for sunsets! ). Communication from the staff was prompt and helpful, providing great recommendations.
The lounge could use a bit more seating comfort. adding a sofa would be wonderful.

The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from the Golf Club for dinner. The room was clean, cozy, and the kids loved the space. We appreciated the simplicity of the check-in process, perfect for our family and our small dog.
In my wife’s opinion, the seating arrangements could be better.
